We're on a mission
Where others see fragmented tools and chaotic admin, we see a category waiting to be built. LWIS turns the daily work of complex operations into governed AI-run operations - one operating layer where systems, approvals, and AI workers coordinate the real work.
Our story
From the beginning, we set out to build more than another SaaS tool. We chose to build the missing connective tissue between the dozens of systems and tens of workflows that make a complex business actually run.
LWIS exists because the next big software category is business operations itself. Not another dashboard. Not another AI assistant bolted onto the side. An operating layer where systems are connected, workflows are governed, and AI workers run real work under human approval. The only honest way to build that category is one painful workflow at a time, inside real operations, with real outcomes. That is what a Proof Sprint is, and that is how every LWIS workflow pack got built.
Four principles, one stacked
Each principle is a slab in how LWIS operates — laid down in order. Operational truth is the ground. Governed execution sits on top of it. Human agency presides over the system. Measurable leverage is what the business reads at the top.
We model the real workflow before automating it — the actual systems, handoffs, exceptions, and decisions a business already runs. Truth is the substrate every other principle sits on.
LWIS milestones
2024
Thesis
LWIS founded around a single bet: AI-run operations is the next big software category. Not a copilot, not a dashboard - the operating layer where systems, approvals, and AI workers coordinate the real work of complex businesses.
2025
Proof Sprint pattern
First Proof Sprints validate the pattern inside live operations: workflow map, connected systems, business object model, AI worker loop, approval rules, outcome report. The fixed-scope contract becomes the LWIS starting motion.
2026
Workflow packs ship
Finance Heartbeat, Operator Brief, Review Intelligence, Lead & Booking Follow-Up, and Approval Queue go production. Workflow packs become the built layer; verticals become proof contexts those packs run inside.
Next
Vertical operating packs
Restaurants & hospitality is the deepest proof context today. Home & field services, professional services, and clinics are the next vertical operating packs - same workflow packs, vertical-specific approvals, vertical-specific integrations.
Business operations are the next big software category. The only honest way to build it is one painful workflow at a time - inside real operations, with real approvals, against real outcomes.
Built by operators, for operators of complex businesses
We have lived inside the chaos LWIS is built to fix - multi-unit operations, fragmented systems, stitched workflows that depend on tribal knowledge to survive Monday. If you run an operation complex enough to need an operating layer, we want to talk.
